Shipping policy

1. Order Preparation

Once your payment has been successfully completed, your order will begin processing. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, processing may require additional time.

Please note that orders cannot be edited or canceled after they have been shipped.

2. Transit & Delivery

Delivery times depend on the destination and local courier operations. In most cases, orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Delays caused by customs procedures, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, or holiday traffic may occasionally occur and are outside our control.

3. Shipment Tracking

When your package is sent out, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take a few days to appear while the carrier scans and processes the shipment.

4. Delivery Charges

Shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout and shown before your order is finalized.

5. International Fees & Taxes

Some international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes depending on your country's regulations.

These additional charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer when applicable.

6. Address Responsibility

We are unable to take responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, missing details, or failed delivery attempts.

7. Delivery Problems

If your package is unusually delayed or appears lost during transit, please contact our support team so we can assist you.

Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered.

8. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
